Installation Instructions


1. Position the neck pillow against the front of the headrest, wrap the elastic strap around the headrest, and secure the buckle.
2. Adjust the height of the neck pillow so that it rests comfortably in the natural curve of your neck.
3. Place the lumbar support cushion against the lower portion of the seatback, aligning it with your lower back.
4. Fasten the adjustable strap of the lumbar cushion around the seatback and tighten it to secure it in place.
5. Sit in the seat and make fine adjustments to both cushions to ensure optimal ergonomic support and comfort.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You can get eligible for a return no reason, but your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.If the item is defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days after you received the item.And we will pay shipments and creat return label to buyers.
