At FITMYBYD, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Product faults not caused by misuse

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or abuse

How to make a warranty claim:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description
