At Fit My BYD, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently throughout Australia.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST (Sydney Time) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within Australia.

There are no additional shipping charges unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Pre-Orders & Back Orders

Some products may be listed as Pre-Order or Back Order.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/back-order items:

  • In-stock items may be shipped immediately.
  • Pre-order or back-order items will be shipped separately once they become available.
  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

If you receive part of your order first, please do not worry. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

We use trusted Australian shipping providers, including:

  • CouriersPlease
  • TNT
  • Other reputable courier services where appropriate

The shipping carrier used depends on your delivery location, parcel size, and product type.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after your order has been shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@fitmybyd.com.au.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Delivered Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with other household members.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
  3. Contact our customer support team if you require additional help.

Fit My BYD will assist customers in investigating delivery issues with the shipping carrier. However, we are not responsible for parcels confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.
