At Fitmybyd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice) is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Requirements

When requesting a return, please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • Your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  • The reason for your return.
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Damaged during delivery,
  • Defective,
  • Incorrect, or
  • Missing parts,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fitmybyd.com.au.

Please include clear photographs of the issue so we can assess your claim.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item has not been used or installed.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • It is in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you would like a different product, we recommend requesting a return for your original order (if eligible) and placing a new order for the item you would like.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, including:

  • Incorrect product supplied
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged item
  • Faulty product

Fitmybyd will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, including ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
